Q: What is the turn around time for orders?
A:  Turn around time is generally within 5 business days after receipt of payment.  The reason for this extra time is so your personalized order can appropriately dry from the coating of Stain (if applicable).  We take great pride in making sure your is handled with care and how you order it.

Q: How Large are the nameplates/deskplates?
A:  Our nameplates are approximately 12-14 inches in length.  Single Nameplates are approximately 9-10 inches in length.  Keep in mind, the more letters or characters, the smaller the letter of character will be.  Average size letters for our nameplates and deskplates are approximately one inch in height with the exception of the Single Nameplates. 

Q: What about the Single nameplates?
