Shipping Policy
It is the intent of The Wooden Sign Shop.com that shipping will occur
within 5 business days from the time of order. Shipping will be
via United States Postal Service and Priority Mail will be used.
According the the USPS website, Priority mail is typically 2 to 3 days.
The Wooden Sign Shop.com cannot be responsible for actions outside of
it's control which include those taken by the U.S. postal service.
Such actions may include misrouted parcel or lost items. The
Wooden Sign Shop.com will request the USPS provide our customers with
accurate tracking information via email. Items purchased
through The Wooden Sign Shop.com will be sent to the address provided
through Paypal, whether confirmed or not confirmed, unless a request is
made on behalf of the customer. In this case, The Wooden Sign
Shop.com will send the item(s) purchased to the address requested by the
customer.
Refund / Exhange
Policy
It is the policy
of The Wooden Sign Shop.com to treat every order with total customer
satisfaction. We take our work ethic seriously and intend to provide the
customer with a quality product at a quality price. However, being
that each and every order is custom made to the customer's
specifications, The Wooden Sign Shop.com will accept no refunds or
exchanges on the custom products it makes. The only exception to
this policy is if the product or item being made is not to the
customer's specifications. An example of this is if the item is
mis-spelled or does not contain the requested punctuation that was
ordered. Once the order is received and processed, manufacturing
of the custom made order will occur.
